       NEWPORT'S 'DIRTY HANDS'
    After hundreds of complaints and public testimony by residents citing Narconon's
    blatent over-occupancy in violation of their 27 occupany limit; what did Newport
    officials do?  The DOUBLED Narconon's occupancy from 27 to 49!!  YES, 49 total
    people in a triplex with only 3 off street parking spaces!  This doubling of
    occupancy VIOLATED THE CITY ZONING CODE!  Guess the city zoning code
    doesn't apply if you are RICH in Newport!

      TOTAL OCCUPANCY' INSANITY
    Newport 'Narconon' Occupancy = 49 persons on a 30' by 105' lot
    San Diego "Narconon' Occupancy = 45 persons on THIRTY ACRES!!!
    Narconon in Newport is allowed 49 persons on a property 30 feet wide, and 105
    feet long.  This is a VERY small area, with neighbors only 6 feet away!  See picture
    of this triplex building above.  Compare that occupancy with the Narconon site in
    San Diego.  Narconon-Warner Springs is restricted to a total of 45 persons on 30
    acres of property!  THIRTY ACRES!!!  What is Newport thinking by allowing 49
    persons in a lot only 30' by 105'??  INSANITY, you bet!  Newport City corruption

       MORE 'NON-RESIDENT' ADDICTS IN DURING THE DAY!
    One of the more egregious violations by these facilities is their efforts to double, triple or even
    quadruple their licensed occupancy.  They ‘transport’ addicts from apartments or motels in other
    locations, to these state-licensed rehab properties for ‘treatment’ during the day- only.

    NARCONON 'LIES' IN THEIR FIGHT TO OPEN A REHAB IN LEONA
    VALLEY
    This same rehab operator has tried to open in Leona Valley-Los Angeles County.

    NARCONON THROWN OUT OF ALL CALIFORNIA SCHOOLS!  While
    the city of Newport DOUBLED Narconon's occupancy from 27 to 49 in 2005, Calif.
    State Superintendent of Public Instructions throws them out of k-12 schools.  State
    Supt. O'Connell notified all district and county superintendents that Narconon
    education's program "... is often inconsistent with research-based practice" and "...
    does not reflect accurate, widely-accepted medical and scientific evidence."

    CALIFORNIA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION has declared unanimous support for
    school districts that have dropped Narconon and other "factually inaccurate
    approaches" to antidrug instruction from their classrooms, and urged the American
    Medical Association to do the same!


    SCIENTOLOGY HARASSES THEIR CRITICS - ABC NEWS reports how
    Scientologists target and harass their critics.  Little wonder, Dr. Orozco received a
    death threat in 2004.  And she has received several written threats of legal action
    by Narconon attorneys if she continues to exercise her legal right to speak out
